The Hygiene Centre is at the forefront of knowledge development and research into the areas of:

Some of the ways that Hygiene Centre staff test their research ideas is by conducting field trials, collecting and analysing data, and undertaking consumer research.

The accumulated evidence is disseminated as widely as possible.

As part of the WELL Resource Centre, Hygiene Centre staff have contributed to fact sheets in the following areas:
